At Saint Valentine Jewellery, we want you to love your pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place your jewellery in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, or follow the instructions provided to purchase a label through your preferred courier.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
